I am a big believer of using great quality products for my skin, and this is no different when it comes to using great shampoo and shower gel for myself.
So naturally I will do quite a bit of research before I buy any of my shower products - things that I specifically lookout for are such as paraben & nitrate free (which means no additional preservatives that are skin irritants added), and the ingredient list should be as natural as it can get.

This shampoo is suitable for all hair types, and for me personally, over the course of using it for a few months, I can definitely feel that my hair has gotten a lot more resilient compared to the past.
The ingredients used in this shampoo are nutritious and it serves to revitalise our hair vitality issues. It is also HSA registered, HSA Ref No: 1903514
Usage Instructions::
10 pumps for long hair (female especially). Apply and massage 5 to 10 minutes, then rinse off. We can also use a conditioner as well..
500ml lasts approximately 1.5 months

One of my biggest skincare challenges is to find out the “optimum schedule to exfoliate” because it simply was not part of my original routine in the past – whereby I just simply use the facial cleanser, followed up with products like Toner and Day/Night cream etc.
As such when White Dragon TCM Skincare challenged me to a 7-day skincare challenge previously, I was pleasantly surprised that their exfoliation step was so straightforward (either weekly or bi-weekly once) depending on the seriousness of our skin condition.
The afterglow and shine from using their Inner Beauty Facial Scrub (their exfoliator) also piqued my interest in using their complete series – which now includes their Day Cream, on top of their cleanser, toner, exfoliator, eye-crème as well as their night cream (for the night).
One interesting fact about this range of skincare that I am presently using on a daily basis, is that they are formulated with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) which comprises of Patent Formulation such as the following: Wujinshan and Pelargonium.
Their Essence of Roses Day Cream completes my skincare regime for the day, as along with their patented formula, it also has Vitamin B3, C and E which are known to be a holy-grail combination in skincare that has anti-aging effect, along with having antioxidant properties as well as helps in eliminating skin tone and spots.

Personally as a busy working professional and also a typical guy, usually to adopt a skincare regime has been a relative uphill battle for myself - as I could only see the numerous number of steps that I need to take before i can finally rest up for the day (or in my case, continue working hard).
However, with White Dragon skincare series, for the Skincare regime, it was literally only 3 to 4 steps on a regular basis - and an additional exfoliation step just once a week (or fortnightly) depending on our skin cleanliness level.

I loved this shampoo, which acted as a 2-in-1 shampoo with a conditioner, that helped to breathe life to my already damaged hair (due to all my bleaching & hair colour). Most importantly, this hair shampoo helped to work on some of my occasional dandruffs that do occur whenever I use new haircare products - which is a major plus point for myself.
Earth Touches Shower Silk - Retail Price: $68
I was surprised by the efficacy of this body wash, as my skin is mildly sensitive and yet it did not cause any skin breakouts (despite the lusciousness of this wash) - furthermore it is also highly concentrated, so with minimal application I was able to cleanse my entire body (which is rather long - 192cm).
For the regular three to four skincare regime steps that I have adopted, it can be broken down as such:
1. Deep Cleanse
Liquid Love For The Face - $49
This facial wash has moisturising properties and it leaves a moisturised layer after washing - which I was not used to initially - as my previous cleansers all left my skin feeling completely dry (which is actually not healthy for the skin).
Furthermore, this potent facial wash also served as a remarkable makeup remover, especially for my occasional sun-screen (especially after exfoliation or my occasional facial treatment) - and it has also replaced my shaving foam (due to its moisturising properties).
It is literally like a 3-in-1 solution for my everyday problems - for deep cleansing, shaving as well as simple makeup removing. Definitely value for money!
2. Tone Up Our Skin
Essence Of Roses Toner - $68
The toner is one of my personal favourites because this is the first time I could freely use a toner without requiring cotton pads, and the way I apply it was as though it was a facial mist which pandered to my requirements of high convenience & ease.
Last but not least, the price range for a natural toner (made from TCM herbs) is more affordable as compared to other luxury brands that might or might not carry a similar range of rose toner. One of my friends working with SQ also remarked about the affordability of the toner, so it is not strictly my personal viewpoint only.
3. Apply Evening Cream
This overnight success cream gave off the fragrant scent of TCM Herbal elements, and the biggest surprise I had was the level of richness and concentration that such a small bottle possessed. Despite the richness, it interacted really well with my mildly sensitive skin, and even after 7 days - my skin had no breakouts at all.
Usually after the application of a rich night creme, my face would usually face breakout due to my skin sensitivity, but throughout this 7 days - I feel refreshed and recharged (because of the herbal elements) - but without the side effects of a highly effective night creme.
4. Finish Up With Eye Crème
Application of Eye Creme is usually one of the tougher steps for myself, as I face more resistance to apply something towards my eyes - but these days my dark eye circles are intensifying due to my late nights - and this eye creme was certainly a life saver.
After 7 days of application, I could see that my dark eye circle being lessened visibly (although not completely gone due to my ongoing lifestyle habits) but it definitely gave me a lot of motivation to continue using it.
Plus the assurance that the ingredients used in this bottle of goodness are from herbal origins - definitely helped me to muster up courage to apply more consistently.
