How we gave 8 hours of training with only 1.5 hours of sleep

Corporate Training with AsiaMalls Marketing Team

We had only 1.5 hours of sleep before we bravely jumped into corporate training (for about 8 hours) about social media marketing , and we were surprised that the crowd appreciated our content sharing.

There was one thing that sustained this crazy overnight, we had to deliver our program & our end of the promise to give a solid yet interactive workshop to our clients.

Despite being so thoroughly exhausted after completing the training slides, our willpower helped us to sustain through this training, and my colleague along with myself managed to deliver a solid workshop.

The Magic Zone: The intersection between Online World | Offline Users | CRM Users

The Magic Zone: The intersection between Online World | Offline Users | CRM Users

One of my favourite slides have to be this, a Venn diagram that accurately depicted the triangle relationship between online customers -> CRM Users -> offline customers.

The magic zone is the ideal spot that we should have all our loyal customers to be at, constantly engaged via all three channels (Online/Offline/CRM Users). However this is not something easily achieve, which is why the intersection zone also remains the smallest client percentages.

It is very important for us to build marketing strategies that do not just engage a single channel, but rather seek to build the bridge across channels - and that will be the best way to build loyal & sustainable customer base(s) no matter what business we are in, be it B2B or B2C industry.

One thing, I fully appreciate about this was the level of commitment my fellow colleagues and myself are willing to go, in order to deliver on our promises.

In this world , we can sign tonnes of contracts, but I truly believe that our word is our bond - if we dare to commit & promise, we got to get it done. If we cannot honour our basic agreements to ourselves or other people, it would be difficult for us to go far ahead in life from my experience as fellow wonderer of life.
